got through to be told my ref no. didn’t exist, lady closed and restarted the application and voila… proves a restart cures all problems
is on hold to NHS. Tried making appt online, that said to call, called and was told appt is locked for up to an hour because I tried online!
is testing out MySQL 5.4 - looks good so far
